Spaces

The Faculty of Humanities and Documentation has shared spaces (classrooms, computer rooms, seminar rooms, the degree hall and the Aula Magna) that can be booked for academic, scientific, cultural and outreach activities.

Students and external users

Students must request the use of spaces from the Dean’s Office using the dedicated form. External users are subject to the UDC rules on the use of public-domain assets.

General conditions

According to the regulations approved by the Faculty Board on 18 February 2026:
  • Teaching activity for the degrees takes priority over any other use.
  • Requests must be made at least three working days in advance.
  • The space may not be used until booking confirmation is received.
  • The applicant is responsible for the proper use of the space and equipment during the authorised time.
