English Friendly is a teaching mode in which a course is taught in Galician or Spanish but with support in English. This means lecturers accept questions and answers in English during class, course materials (notes, bibliography, resources) are also provided in English or with an English version, and students may submit assignments and exams in English. It does not mean the class is taught entirely in English: it is a flexible bilingual model, different from English Medium Instruction (EMI) courses, which are taught fully in English.
