A unique offering in the Galician university system and rare in Spain, this inter-university master’s degree is taught jointly with the Universidade de Vigo and the Universidade da Coruña, in collaboration with Incipit-CSIC. It has a dual profile, both professional and research-oriented.
It trains students to carry out archaeological activities regulated by current Galician legislation —surveys, test pits, excavations, and the management and identification of materials— as well as to apply archaeometric techniques and new technologies in this field.
